Car running like CHIT '00 TA with lid/filter.
Car is running strong/well.....but at idle is goes lower than 500 rpms and revs back up. Soo it seems like my basically stock TA has a lope. Also the oil pressure cage surges at the same time that it revs back up.
Is there something I check or do? I changed half the spark plugs this weekend....passenger is a bitch.

Re: Car running like CHIT Check your IAC solenoid and associated connetor and wiring. The problem is probably related to the PCM. I can't do anything about your passenger! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />

Re: Car running like CHIT Is the MAF ok after you put your lid on? Check and double check. Did you do plugs because of the problem, or did you have a problem after the plugs. Sounds like the surge could also be computer related. Battery disconnected recently? If so, drive it a bit. Mine surges, but I know y. LS1edit is on the way. Does you car run good when you drive it? Is it an auto or a stick?

I noticed the car idling rough 20k miles ago, had the injectors cleaned....no help. I recently had a TC installed, and they reset my PCM because it was throwing a SES Light....was told it was o2 sensor. Light has not come back on since the reset. Could the o2 sensor cause the rough idle?
The car runs fine and strong. 13.4 with lid....my dyno was rough ('00).

Runs fine till warmed.
And I thought the garage ripped me a new one saying it was a sensor.
