408 with MS3 adding 200 shot? Keep it or go custom?

Don't know if this would be better here or the nitrous section. Keeping good power NA matters too so I posted here.
I am going to add a wet 200 direct port shot to my 408 in the near future but am debating about keeping the MS3 or not. I know they handle nitrous well with the 346 but am thinking that it should do well with the 408 also. I am plan on swapping to TFS 235 heads (have PRC 2.5 5.3s now) during the install.
As for the cam swap, I like the fact that a 240ish cam (114LSA) running warm is hard to pick up on the 408 through a muffler and going custom may ruin that.
