'99 Z28 with 241 heads
I came across this old thread last night about head casting numbers and saw the part about the arguement about some '99's getting 241 heads.
https://ls1tech.com/forums/generatio...g-numbers.html
So I got curious and checked mine and low and behold mine has 241's on it. Does anyone know why and how many '99's got 241's?

Nobody has any ideas on this? I searched the internet and couldn't find anything. I'm curious, anybody on here with a '99 check your heads and post wheter you've got 241s or 853s.

My car was built June 16th, 1999. I know the pervious owner of the car, he's one of my good friends, and the only thing he did to the car while he had it was 4.10 gears, an air lid, a Borla cat-back, and a mail order tune. I've heard before that some people have come across some '99's with 241's but I'm not sure why they would condiering most of the '00 got 853's. I'm not trying to start flame thread with people aruging wheter some '99's got 241's or not, I really just wanna see if anyone else has another '99 with them and try to figure out somewhere to dig around and get some info on the situation.
