you can find it on a couple sites like ls1howto.com. it goes from the center out basically. then you can rent a pulley puller from autozone for free. thats what i did.

Don't use LS1howto.com to remove or install the pulley. If you do, you will likely damage the threads of the crankshaft. You need to make a tool for installation.

Harbor Freight sells a puller for serpentine pulleys. The jaws are serrated just like the shape of the "V" shaped notches on the pulley/belt. I had to modify mine to get it to fit the LS series crank pulley which is a large diameter. I used a longer shaft for the jaws to ride on and milled 2 keyways for the set screws in the puller jaws and drilled and tapped threads for the puller rod. This is also a special tool($40) for pushing the pulley back on.

for the pulley puller go to a kragen/checker/o'reilleys and get the pulley puller for gm's. for the install tool use a bout 8in of 16m x 2.0 all thred and some washers and a couple of washers trust us it will make the install a breeze also do yourself a favor and get the ARP pulley bolt a a replacement bolt.
