It's a hard choice but they both have their pros and cons. The cam will give you that lopey idle that most people love but it won't be the bang for the buck that nitrous will be initially. On the downside of the N20, it seems cheap now but once you fill the bottle a bunch of times at $50 a pop it will begin to add up a bit. Either way you can't go wrong, the LSx motors respond really well to cam upgrades and with the right accessories a modern nitrous kit is alot safer than it use to be years ago.

On a serious note though I would cam the car first then see what you think of it. Of course nitrous will be a substantial gain instantly, like was said before, but I think you can't go wrong camming an LS1 period. Chances are since you are already tuned by Vengeance they will not charge you the full price for a retune.
