Default Should I upgrade to stock ls6 heads?

I have a 2002 ls1 with a 750 mighty demon carb, victor jr manifold, T-rex cam kit, full roller rocker arms, long tube headers, with a th-400 trans. The car is making very good power now and I know I am losing a decent amount of power thru my th-400 trans but I would guess I am around 400-425 rwhp.

My friend offered me his ls6 heads for free and I was wondering how much power I would gain if I put those on stock? If the power gain is minimal I am considering having them cnc ported since I would be getting them for free. If I do that what kind of power would I gain? Let me know what you guys think I should do? Thanks!

Mike
