Default Which Melling Oil Pump Do I Need?

About to do a cam swap (TREX) and I am going to be upgrading the oil pump while I am down there. But I have heard from two different people that I should get the Milling high performance one. Then I also heard from another guy (my tuner) that I can just get the the Milling OEM stock replacement one and it will do everything I need but just flow better than stock as well.

Im just wondering is the the High Performance one just over kill or would it be a better choice for the extra $20.00?

And im running a LS6 if that matters.

And I do have a larger oil pan. This is for my 02 Z06 my car holds 6.5 quarts of oil compared to a F-Body that hold 5.5. So even with larger oil pan should I still get the stock replacement one?
