Depends a lot on budget. I always recommend an aftermarket casting first. You can't go wrong with TFS, AFR or PRC. Aftermarket castings almost always provide the best compression, runner size, and chamber size in order to make good power.

Any of the head brands I mentioned will not need flycutting to work with that cam. The torquer v.3 does not have huge duration so it will be easy to get a good compression number. Aftermarket casting heads have a thicker deck so you have more clearance to work with.

with all the problems with aftermarket rockers, I would recommend getting upgraded stock rockers. For heads dont forget about the PI heads if you want the best of the best

VA Speed sells them. Also if you go with them then you can use the LS3 rockers because of there offset.

It's hard to find a sponsor on here that doesnt sell them. My opinion is to get with TSP and tell them what you want out of the car. Just saying you want the best head isn't really much to work with. Are we talking streetable heads or max effort? You said the most power that you can make. I would re-think that and say the most useable power that you can make. Tire spin gets you no where...slower.

Honestly, you're going the wrong direction. Typically you pick a camshaft that works well with the flow characteristics of your cylinder heads. Don't limit yourself with what heads to do based on a specific camshaft that you currently have especially considering the cost difference between a cam and a good set of heads.

The last thing you want is to spend over $2000 on a set of heads, then be dissapointed by the results and have a post where everyone says to swap the cam. Give one of the sponsors a call and talk about what you want out of the car, and then formulate a complete heads/cam/intake/exhaust setup and go from there.

I understand that your current cam made great power with the stock heads, but once you change the heads, the cam might not be a good match. Chances are, your current cam was designed around the factory heads to maximize potential, once you go to an aftermarket casting, or even a ported factory casting, the requirements for a cam will change. Any head porter, or performance shop worth talking to will know what cams work best with each specific head they sell. Every head and cam combo has different characteristics, none of which is THE BEST, so you need to really be honest with them and describe excatly what you want, and a GREAT SOUNDING LOPE shouldn't be the focus, LOL.

Take care. I personally reccomend Va Speed, but there are a lot of good shops to chose from.
