Default missfire after 40 mile drive

Hey all I have a missfire after driving my car for a 40 mile distance, it ran perfectly fine up until the last 2 miles. My stage 2 heads, plugs, and wires are all 1 year old, I have not touched any of the system connections in 3 months. I haven't been home from work yet to limp it to a scan tool yet. I looked at the wires no cracks or loose. I didn't even get on it hard either just easy city driving. The O2s are also a year old but I've had bad O2s before and they only caused the car to run rough in closed loop. Anyway what can cause a car to go from running perfectly normal to a very slight misfire. Will clean MAF when I get home and check plugs after scan. Thanks all

No. O2 sensors affect the car's driving characteristics in closed loop only.

Def try to get the code read, then go from there. Wire, plug, can of MCCC, etc.

Ok got her scanned, p0308, p0332, p0443, p1133, p1153. Ok thank God its not a random miss. I think a retune would cancel the last two codes. And I hope the miss is causing the knock code to be thrown.

reset the pcm, tun the key foward and pull the pcm ign and pcm batt fuse and wait 5 mins turn off the key reinsert the fuses. if don correctly it would go through idle relearn. The drive and see if any codes reappear. Note it takes 3 or for key starts to set the mls on some codes.

Ok got the noid light on the injectors, #8 did not pulse. So now the long search for wire shorts and the like. If there's other suggestions I would appreciate it.
