SLP Oil Pump - Which o ring?
SLP Oil Pump - Which o ring? I am installing my SLP oil pump into my LS2 gto. The kit came with two o-rings...one larger, green one, and one smaller, black one. The one that came out of my oil pump was blue and it was closer matched to the black one with the black one being a hair smaller. Which one do I use? Should I get a stock replacement for the dealer?

When I changed mine I had three orings to choose from Blue,Green,and black ,but I had bought the Melling 10296.
Anyways my original one was Tan ,,,so I chose the one that was the closest to the size of my original which was the black one for me and it was also the thinner one.
I have driven it over 100 miles since done and my oil pressure at idle has never dropped bellow 42psi.
So if I were you I would choose which ever one looks the most like the one you took out.
