Default Coolant blowing out of cap and overflow

Had this issue last time i was home on leave never had a chance to correct it. Whenever the cars rpms get high the motor blows cooland out the radiator cap and sometimes the overflow what would be some of the things that could cause this? Ive replaced the thermostat and the radiator cap. Mind you this issue started happening after a heads cam install. thank you for any help

my 99 ls1 did this after i put a cam in it..found the problem to be that the hose that comes from the crossover pipe on the heads, and the hose that goes to the resevoir were crossed..make sure the hose that goes to your resevoir is on the top fitting on the rad. and the crossover hose is on the lower fitting on the rad. hope this helps..
