Hello I've built a new engine 408 cid , After three days of running the engine went to test the engine here, where the shock is that the engine does not go over 5000 RPM with WOT.
i will change the Valve Spring and all the electronic parts ( cam Sensor , crank sensor , map , maf , ecm ) , fuel pump pressure 58 psi AFR 12.8 .
i need

my TB was only opening 82% last time on the dyno. Looked like it dropped a cylinder after 5K and the tuner quickly let off. Adjusted the cable and it was good to go. Doubt this is your problem, but something to look at.

did your tuner lock the tune to 5000 for you to break it in?
ive heard of people doing that to insure themselves a little with warranty on a motor they just sold and tuned to avoid it coming back broke the next day.
but... i would think he might have told you about it, lol.
