Is it worth it to switch i got them for free. I know the valve covers and coil packs mount different but in the future I plan to get a set of dart heads so wouldn't I need the same coils and valve covers as the 853s?

In terms of power, no. 806 castings "making less power" on a stock internal engine is another internet myth spread around by people who read things and then recite them as facts.

As far as cleaning up the engine bay and making tune ups a lot easier, YES. The coil rack system is a LOT cleaner, and makes pulling the coils a breeze compared to the older style where each individual coil is bolted separately.
