Default LQ4+59cc 243's= cam suggestions??

Alrght, I've got an '02 lq4 with unported 243's shaved to 59cc's. With stock gaskets, I believe that puts me right around 11:1 static CR.

Ive got a fast90 I'm trying to repair At the moment, that will go on this motor, 1 3/4" LT's, svo 30's, backed by a th350 with an edge 3400 converter, 3.73's and 26" m/t drag radials.

This car is a weekend toy/track vehicle. I'm looking mainly For track times, and could give a f*ck less about dyno numbers.

Any suggestions?

I'm interested in seeing what people come up with, I think the compression is about 10.4 SCR with a stock gasket and those heads. I am putting ported/shaved 241s on my LQ4 and going to attempt running my XER281HR cam in it. I should have right around 10.1 or so with a ~.050 gasket.

Either way it ought to run hard compared to the low comp set up I was running....at 8.5:1 compression...don't even ask lol

With a 3400 converter I would say something around a 228/232 .600/.600 113 or 228R. I don't think PTV would be a problem either but going bigger would get very close.

I would say 228R if it was a 346, but go with an ms3 since you have a few more cubes.

Check out an 230/232 FMS Cam F13 or F14 or even LGM G5x1 or 2 cam either one of these cams should make you happy.

I'm a little skeptical about the converter being too tight as is. I've considered sending it back, and having it loosened up to 3600 or 3800.

I had one previous suggestion of a 230/238 on XEr lobes, on a 112, with a 108icl.
