Default Head porting?

I have the stock heads of my lq9 and would like to have good valves put in them and have them ported and cut for compression my question is who should i take them to or send them to the last one that me and my buddies built we put l92 heads on and worked awesome made some good power but now i have these and i cannot afford to buy diff heads just want to make good power on a budget any suggestions?
