Forged questions Ok basically I'm looking at doing something unheard of here in Australia. A forged 347ci turbo.
Mahle pistons, standard compression
Manley h-beam steel rods
GM head gaskets.
ARP studs throughout
Standard 241s
LS6 block
LS1 or 6 cam
Garrett GT45 series turbo
Fuel system
I would like to see what kind of life expectancy I can expect from this setup, mileage and boost on STD compression possibly 12-13 psi.
Any input appreciated

Life expectancy is all about how much power you use and how you prepare the engine for it.
Mileage will vary with how you use the power. If you seriously care about fuel economy, go with the largest turbine housing (1.44A/R) for the GT45, as that will cut backpressure and make it easier to stay out of the boost.
A good part of how this setup will run is the charge air cooling. If you can keep that charge nice and cool at 12psi, it will act a lot like a stocker--- with a couple more horses
Assuming you are on a good part of the map, discharge temps will be about 215°F (assuming 90F intake temp and 70% efficiency).
You'll need to go up in injector size a good bit to use a GT45 to where it's capable.

I was referring to mileage as life expectancy. I have the perfect tuner on the job so that's not going to bring up any issues. GM MLS head gaskets, GM cam bearings, GM main bearings. Morel link bars or howards lifters. And a standard cam with PAC 1521 that won't rev past 6600rpm or 6800max
