These are for F body, Y body may be different.

 

To solve a discussion on LS-1.com about the stock 98 cam specs I took a couple of cams to Comp and got them profiled..here are the results

stock 98 trans am cam

duration@.050 198.86 intake 209.25 exhaust
lift .498 intake .497 exhaust
LSA 119.45

stock 02 trans am cam

duration@.050 196.37 intake 208.72 exhaust
lift .464 intake .479 exhaust
LSA 115.92
