Default Need recommendation on a set of heads

So I have a rear mount turbo in the works and am in need of a different set of heads. I was going to use my stockers but I have those damn tabs that will only allow me to use graphite head gaskets. I'm looking for a head that won't cause a huge drop in compression, as I already have -8.6cc dished pistons and plan on using thicker MLS head gaskets. I'm looking to stay in the 9-9.5:1 compression area. Any lower than that with my planned boost (7-8psi daily) and I think I'll be suffering from a severe power shortage. What stock heads should I be on the lookout for? Not looking to spend any more than $200 for used stockers.

I would think just 00-02 241 heads would be the best in that price range. I'm hand-porting some 2002 241's right now but am hoping for around $475 just to get the money back from the tools I used.

I have a set of very very clean 317 6.0 heads, which are ideal for boost applications, because they have a larger 71 cc combustion chamber that you can mill to get the exact compression that you want. They are a 210cc intake and 75cc exhaust port which is 10cc and 5cc larger, respectively, then 241 and 853 heads. They are pocket ported and the exhaust ports have be opened up. $400 and I'll throw in the valves springs and retainers.
