PRC 650 spring kit - No locks?

I just got my cam Texas Speed cam kit, everything looks good but the PRC 650 spring kit doesn't have any retainer locks with it.

Is it supposed to come with the new valve retainer locks or are the originals OK to use?

From this example, I guess it doesn't?

Should come with the Ti retainers like stated on the TSP website.

Oh man. sorry - I meant retainer locks. The retainers are there, but no new locks.
