Default valve spring life?

My valve springs (i believe they are patriot springs) were installed along with my cam 24k miles ago. Over this season, the car seemed to really be down a bit on power, my guess is i need some new valve springs? I am running a thunder racing 231/237 cam with .595/.605 lift, what would be a good set to pick up? thanks.

That's not true. I have one of their stroker cams and it's on XER lobes.

OP: If you think it has the XER lobes then it's relatively mild. If you really wanted to know you could grab a couple springs and go to a shop and have them tested

I tell people to test at 9k~10K miles... or after 3 "3000 mile" oil changes

after the initial 10k check.. .I check them again every 5k after that
