So, I remove the oil pan, all the crank bearings are ok ....
I just made a modification on the picktup tube as RyanSws6 said. the O ring fit better.
but same pb !

So I think it should be the camshaft bearings .... I will check that ... Maybe on of them have moved and the hole on the block is not full covered by the cam bearing, so the oil flush too easily - direclty on the camshaft and low the pressure ...

PS : still not understand why I can lost pressure when I screw the pulley ... maybe it is just a coincidence ....

Don't try to explain your problem away by believing it could be coincidence. These kinds of problems have legitimate reasons behind them and you have to find it.

I know but it's mechanical impossible ... I lost 5 PSI when I screw it to home.

Concerning the low pressure, I look carefully at the picture I took without the oil pan I see one cam bearing 1mm outside of his place. Normally I shouldn't see them because ther should be centered.

Cyruss, did you ever find your problem? I'm having similar issues.

Yes ...

It was a camshaft bearing moving from home to the right (as picture shown)... So the oil could drain free at this point without any pressure (because the hole is full open without the bearing at his place).

I have ordered some news bearing from cleavite ... I m waiting them.

This still looks like a problem to me:

yeah of course, but this was solve as soon as I install the pump with the feeler gauge and by modifying the fixing hole on the pickup tube.

the cause of very low oil pressure is found.

Now the lost of pressure when screwing the pulley is still on going ... but with high pressure and a good oil pump installation. I think it will disappear.
