Default Doing H/C swap at 75k. Should I replace lifters too?

I have an 04' CTS-V with 75k miles. It's been running great and I'm putting a mild (218/230 ~.600 lift) cam in along with ported 243's. I don't hear any lifter related sounds so I'm guessing the stock lifters are still in great condition. Is it worth replacing them?

At that mileage if your pulling off the heads theres no reason not to throw a set of new lifters in. LS7 lifters ae under $200 and the GM cadilac lifters are $250. better for high rpms.

I agree. Your already there and it would be a simple swap.
