Default max lift for valve springs???

anyone know how much a stock valve spring in a 99 camaro ss max lift is? looking at gettin the tsp 228r cam and didnt know if i needed to upgrade my valve springs or if the stock springs could take the amount of lift of this cam...

I believe .550 is the max lift even on the LS6 springs. No way you will get away with the stockers on that cam. PACs should do fine though. Don't see any reason why you would really need dual springs.

pac 1218 or 1518 would be a wise investment.
