Im going to be driving the car daily in the summer from Mississauga to Kitchener (roughly 90 Kilometers each way), mostly highway.
I want to cam the car next spring, what I want out of the cam :
-Sound, I want a nice lopey idle.
-Emission Freindly, I wanna pass etests
-MPG, I dont wanna kill the mileage range, as its a summer DD
Ive done some digging, but does anybody here have anything I can slide in to achieve my goals?
Thanks in advance!

Its an M6 car and highway driven, so its going to be OK on gas regardless with the 3.42s.
Lopey idle and stock gears don't play well. Going to 4.10:1 gears won't kill your mileage, by themselves, you can still see up to 28 mpg. And with a lopey idle, more gear can improve MPG by reducing lugging.
But, I do not want to lose driveablity and be filling up daily, and fighting with Etests.
So I was weighing out what cam options are avail.
Also what else would I need to acompany the cam installed, I'd swap out pushrods, but this is more on a budget :
Cam
Pushrods
Timingchain
Tune
Would stock lifters and springs be O.K with this much cam, and how emission friendly would this thing be?

You'll need springs for sure, lifters depending on mileage and how well it was taken care of and driven.
A oil pump would also be worth considering.
As far as sound, just get a 224/224/114lsa, and drop the idle speed down 100rpm.
