High lift yields more power assuming the heads flow any better at the given lift. the Flow difference from .600 - .650 is like 2cfm on those heads. Not worth it in my opinion.

What you want to look for is the durations at the mid/high lift points as well.

A same .050 duration cam, the higher lift cam will also be open longer at say .200, and .400, etc. So its not just how much more lift you get, you're also getting added mid and peak lift duration. So the average lift point and total cfm will also be higher, far more than the cfm difference between the two peak lift numbers.

So more power, but also with its own side affects, as has been mentioned.
