So i purchase a rotating assy from Texas Speed

it consists of a callies compstar crank(4.00 stroke)ans rods( 2.100 pin)
it came with std h bearings for both rods and mains
i went to trial fit the crank and a rod today, and if i measured correctly, i came up with .0035-0004 oil clearance on both rods and mains
the rod big end and crank journals appear to measure in spec
whats my next move?
can i even get a 0015 oversize bearing in an h style bearing?
