Using PRC Golds with stock retainers and locks?

Using PRC Golds with stock retainers and locks? Is this ok to do? Im getting a good deal on some PRC Gold valvesprings but I believe they are just the springs themselves. Do I need to do seals also? The head have about 30k on em and they look to be in good shape.
Also for the prc golds you cannot use prc dual springs with the stock retainers.
How many miles are on the springs? If they have 30k miles on them already I wouldn't even use them but thats just me.
Well the seals are prob fine as long as the rubber is still soft. But I might just replace them with brand new ones since there so cheap. The prd duak spring require different retainers call tsp and see if they can sell you some.

Double springs cannot use stock valve seals/seats or stock retainers. You must use the seat that came with the spring or one thats compatible, and a corresponding valve seal. Retainers and locks must be made for the spring. Getting just the springs isn't really a deal unless you already have bases/seats and retainers for the springs.
