I would definitely look at the 243 heads if you can swing them. Give me a call at the shop in the morning if you want to discuss the camshaft and possible heads.

Thanks john if I had the funds I would get at least 243's but I can get these 706 heads for basically free so debating between those or my 241's

I got a deal from txsp with ported 241 heads and a matching cam. I also have LT's, tune, udp, magnaflow exhaust and running an m6. It showed 412 rwhp on a mustang dyno.

Not a world beater, but it runs very well on the street, gets 33mpg with cruise at 65 and does well on the road course using the stock rear end with 3.42 gears. It's an 02 ss and idles darn near stock.
