i think 60-70 rwhp is a little optimistic. i'd say you'll probably be more in the 420rwhp range.

The G5X-3 on 112LSA youll have to Flycut the pistons on stock unmilled heads

The G5X-3 on 114LSA you do not have to flycut the piston on stock unmilled heads

If your heads are any good you should make at least 450 with an M6 and good tune.

Do you have an adjustable timing chain TJ? If not, there is no "degreeing" to do. There is only one way the cam can go in. The only way you can "degree" an LS1 cam is with an adjustable timing cahin setup.
