from personal and past experience save up and go with the aftermarket cam . I went with a smaller cam in my 04 Monte Carlo because i didn't need valve springs and now i wish i went with the larger and when i do a cam in the 99 formy i will go aftermarket .
But really wait till you have the extra cash to do the larger cam . Its not something you wanna do twice.
