Thats great looks like I can go with the lunatis and still get pushrods for the same I could get patriot extremes. Idk my lobes all that well but I know comp xer's arent the most aggressive but i know theyre not the nicest on the valves either. I think that is what i'm going to go with

ok cool im glad someone else thought that too. Youre one lucky dude to do that with 450hp. You gonna use that in the next sales pitch Matt? I seriously can't believe theres no valve float up top with those things. Does it still pull hard to redline?

I was too. Honestly I blocked it out as a very rare instance. What is the recommended spring change mileage ive heard everything from 10k to 50k. I know it does depend on the lobes and lift duration all that but is there a sure fire way to tell other than pull em and measure the pressure?

I like to see those 150k springs checked for pressure, out of curiosity. Obviously they haven't broken yet, but that doesn't mean the pressures are still within spec.

I read this as a combined mileage. Not the miles on a single set. But Id love to get clarification. I had 30K on a set of PRC and 35K on a set of patriots with no problems at all. Although both sets saw mostly highway cruise miles.

Yes we have had a couple failures out of 10k springs. Its bound to happen unfortunately. Percentage wise we are better than any other beehive out there.

Just ask around there are many happy customers who would never put anything else on their car.

Even the extremely few people who have had a failure kept running our springs. If that doesn't say something.......

Its easier for a falure to happen when there are 20x more people running a spring.

Also if the PSI is so great why are you not using them?

Ok I at least understand that. I know that no one makes a perfect spring it isnt possible nor cost effective. And im sure he will tell you but djfury05 stated earlier that he couldn't find a failure and they're going into his current build. Id love to hear how they do.

Let me clarify my statement about also having broken PAC springs...I'm not saying or inferring that they have alot of issues, we've had very few of them. In that PM, I was simply saying that they, like any other spring, are not immune to breaking. That happens to the very best springs. We've had tremendous success using PAC springs and have been 110% satisfied with their service in dealing with the very few breaks we've had! They are top notch in my book!

maybe because my heads are getting CNC'ed right now with the PSI's going in and these are the pros who recommended these OVER duals.. I was simply asking for you to search for a PSI spring that broke, because I haven't found one yet..

Yeah I understand Matt. my intent wasn't to bash them but to say the same thing there's no perfect spring, I just want the best bang for the buck.
