Loud knocking coming from motor...

Loud knocking coming from motor... Ok... just got a new motor put in like 2weeks ago. nother LS1. 47lb injectors fast 102, big cam....
Yesterday I was heading down the highway going about 75 when i started hearing a loud non rhythmatic knocking coming from the motor. Only way to really describe it is dropping a wooden clog shoe on a cement floor... It dosent really follow rpms or anything...
Last i saw my oil pressure was still chilling at 40, and after pulling over and waiting for the tow truck checked the oil and it looked good, no glitter, no muddy ****.
Anyhow, any clues?
At first i though it was rod knock but with it not being rhythmatic and my oil pressure and such being good im not sure...
Some people were saying cracked flexplate but im not sure what that sounds like and the sound dosent really seem to be coming from that portion of the motor.

sound quality is way bad. i cracked my flexplate awhile back, get underneath with a flashlight and look. there are view windows where you can see the flexplate. if it is cracked watch running it or you could carve into your block or break tc bolts. i rarely see my oil pressure below 40 psi. when i cold start im more around 60

My oil pressure gauge reads a little low...took off the cluster once and got the needle on a little off... But yeah not gonna turn it on again...the shop that did it is gonna come trailer it back up to phoenix on wednesday...
