ms3+smog?

ms3+smog? have a friend that is looking into the ms3 cam and he wants to still be able to pass smog. i figure if the tune is right on than he should be able to pass. am i correct? by the way this is in las vegas, nv
If he is having to pass an actual sniffer test, I don't see that happening. If they are just checking for codes, etc. you can just turn them off in the computer so no SES lights are on.
