Removing lower head bolts with headers?
Removing lower head bolts with headers? Guys I had a hell of a time getting my passenger side head off today. The lower bolts were a pain in the ***. The drivers side looks 10x worse. Does the header have to come off in order to get the drivers side head off? I've already loosened the head to allow it to swing away from the head but it still looks impossible.

You can but you need to seperate your header from the y pipe. Passanger side idk. My passanger header is real easy to take out so I pulled it but I know you can cause I did it the other day to replace my cam and lifters
When i did mine, I just had to wrestle the header around a little. for a couple bolts push the header down as far as it will go and for the others pull it up and run the socket between the primaries. A nice socket swivel will help out a ton also.
