Default can i just swap cranks?

i have a stock crank in my 6.0 and i want to get a dragonslayer for it. cant i just buy a dragon slayer crank and swap it out, with out going to a machine shop?

LOL thats a big NO but getting the dragon slayer crank from callies is a great crank

Yeah its kinda like buying a tux for a wedding. You COULD go buy one and just wear it but you know that having it tailored to fit you right is what you should do or you will end up regretting it when you look like a goof in all the pictures...
PLus, a crank like that, WHY THE HELL would you think of NOT spending a few extra bucks to have it machined properly for the block, honestly...

Bad idea on so many levels. At the very least, it would need to be balanced.
