what is a good cam for 243 heads ?

Default what is a good cam for 243 heads ?
I have LT's , with off road y and borla exhaust , LS6 intake , free ram air mod , and a lid . I just bought some stock 243 heads . What would be a good cam ?

Also are there any cam's that would require me to upgrade the fuel system ? If so what will need to be upgraded ?

the car is my dd and its an m6 with 80,000 miles .

Edit : This car will not be boosted or juiced . It will see a track once in a while . I would like to make the car have about400ish+ rear wheel & TQ . But I don't want anything that will be a lot of maintenance .

i run a 224 cam with my stock 243 heads and it put down 383 through a chokemaster exhaust and stall

but to the OP I run a tr230 with 243's and love it...looking back though I would have gone with a 230/236 cam on a 112lsa...

i ran the tsp torquer v2 with stock 243s and put down a lil over 400.

sup jason. I would say a torquer 2 or torquer 3 for a great DD cam. I rocked Torquer2 for 3 years on my old car. Drove great.

no. i drove it everyday for about a year with no problems. now i got a dd so its a weekend car.

I'm running stock 28# inj/fuel syst w/ EPS cam 222/226~.597/.598 int/exh lsa 113, stock 243 heads. My inj duty cycle was 80% above 6K rpm.

fuel pump for the hell of it and injectors stock once will work but with full bolt ones its worth it you will make more power up top. And you cant handle my slow M6 cam car
