And to the OP, this is the exact reason I did my cam swap, good choice. There are many good cams out there, low 220's would do you nice. And you got a freebie from Pred-Z, keep it in mind.

He originally mentioned that he has a stuck lifter, thus the reason for the cam swap and his need for head gaskets.
And to the OP, this is the exact reason I did my cam swap, good choice. There are many good cams out there, low 220's would do you nice. And you got a freebie from Pred-Z, keep it in mind.

1- Less lift
2- Mine has IMO a IVC of 40, which is better suited than the 36.5 in the lsr for powerband range.
3- Mine has ~ 3.x degrees more overlap and theoreticaly will produce more power.
