He originally mentioned that he has a stuck lifter, thus the reason for the cam swap and his need for head gaskets.

And to the OP, this is the exact reason I did my cam swap, good choice. There are many good cams out there, low 220's would do you nice. And you got a freebie from Pred-Z, keep it in mind.

No, Pred-Z usually gets paid to spec cams, because nearly everyone likes his results. You got the same thing for free.

I do not get paid for that or anything else on this site. I give my suggestions to some members and the rest is up to you.

Our v2 would compliment your stock heads or the v3 would work really well with the 243s, our cam packages happen to be on sale right now for $775 shipped(including PRC dual springs and titanium retainers, pushrods, water pump and timing cover gaskets, new crank seal and bolt) Feel free to call us at the shop 817-750-2000, Chris

A few reasons actualy:

1- Less lift
2- Mine has IMO a IVC of 40, which is better suited than the 36.5 in the lsr for powerband range.
3- Mine has ~ 3.x degrees more overlap and theoreticaly will produce more power.

Thank you for explaining your reasoning. It was an informative answer, which is what I was hoping for.
