nitrous cam help on stock C.I. LS1 Here's what I got to work with.
LS1 block stock bore
Diamond pro 11.1 pistons and rings
Eagle rods
Stock crank
Ported 853 heads with D shaped exhaust ports and all the good junk
Arp head and cap studs
Direct port NOS kit starting at a 200 shot
4L65e transgo stage 3 kit
3200 stall
I have a G5X2 cam I got with this engine but since I got it second hand I had it tworn down and freshened up,I figured now would be a good time to put the best cam in
Only time the car will come out to play is when its beat down time so I am not overly concerned about drivability on the street
Also the rear is being replaced with a 9" and gearing is still open for ratio selection, I would love to see 700 fly wheel hp or what ever will get the car 9.99 or faster..
