Question F1 cam? Help a newbie

Anybody know who makes and F1 cam or if there is an F1 cam? I looked at Futral Motosports, thinking that they may sell that cam, but I could only find an F2 cam there. I have a buddy who is trading me some parts for an old truck and one is a F1 cam, but he can't remeber the specs on it. Just trying to look up the spec. BTW I've tried a search and it won't do one with only two letters (F1). Thanks in advance.
