I don't know about a cam. But I did headers without EVER having worked on a car, even so much as an oil change. It took me a long time (partly through not having the correct tools) but we got her done and she ran great. The second time I did headers on my car (ran short on cash, had to sell the Macs) the Pace Setters were a bit more of a pain, but nothing a novice can't handle.

 

1st cam swap that i did was with my car. Used this web site and had my buddy who is badass with engines help me out. Timing is a bit off but nothin a good tune will fix. Its a great learning experience. I recommend it!
