does arp make single replacement head studs if so where can i get them?

 

The ARP catalog does not list any. You might call ARP and see if they will sell you a single. I doubt that many vendors would do this.

 

You can absolutely buy them, as long as you know the base thread and the upper thread and the length of the stud.

I think (confirm before buying) this would be the correct stud for an early LS1 block? But you can definitely buy singles. And you can also buy just about any nut or bolt you can dream off, often in a blister pack of 5.
