Pushrod Length With 02 LS6 Cam?
I'm very pleased with the cam. Not a whole lot of difference until it hits 4000 RPM,(although it is a lot smoother) then it runs like a raped ape. I need to raise the rev limiter a few hundred R's and get some 4:10's to realize the full potential. The 7.45's just wouldn't allow the valves to close as quickly as stock. (No, I did not start the engine)

My car definitely runs better than it was stock,it's quicker and faster. I had my cam installed when I had my engine rebuilt due to the dreaded oil consumption problem (1 qt. every 750 mi.) so it was completely out of the car. I have had no tuning done, it's a 2000 SS, stock manifolds (intake and exhaust, will change that soon) and stock heads (except the LS6 springs). I still need to raise the rev limiter about 500 rpm's. I'm in Poway.

Thanks in advance
base circle of the ' 02 LS6 cam is 19.0 mm
0.7 mm difference is 0.027 "
so the ideal pushrod length is 7.427. They don't make them in that length though, so 7.40 would be ok
can anybody help me out with my question?
does this cam fit an A4 car?

Of course it will. The transmission has nothing to do with selecting a camshaft, other than idling issues.
The LS6 cam will have no problems with the idle in an A4 or an M6 car since it has a high LSA.

Should I use the LS6 pushrods with my LS6 2002 cam or the LS1 pushrods?
