Good god! I know where you can get brand new GM 243 true ls6 heads for $474 each with free shipping! (hollow stem intake and sodium filled exhaust)
GM Part# 12564824 with valves and springs installed.

I'm also planning to rebuild my 5.3 in my 2005 Crew and while I was planning on what parts to use, I have just one question; Will an LS3 cam work in my 5.3 with no problems?

If you have the single bolt cam style motor now it should work. I can't remember if it was after 2004 or 2005 that they switched over from three bolt cams to the single bolt style in the trucks.
