Looking for low 11's high 10's What cam/Head combo? I'm looking to get my car to run very very low 11's or high 10's. Mid 10's would be best!! I still want a street car though. It's a weekend toy only. I have mods in sig. Ordering a yankss 4000 and mt et streets next week. Might get 243's from my friends gto. What head/cam combo do you guys think would be best for my set up? Would the 243's work or should I look at other heads?

PRC ls6 2.5 heads or 5.3 2.5 heads, ms3/ms4 cam, with the supporting mods(drivetrain) that should put you right there(low 11's high 10's) throw a lil juice at it just to make sure

That will get you there for sure! I've never ran the nitros so I can't tell you where that could put you at, but I would think low 10s would be possible.

I'm not really a big nitrous fan. Would like to hit my goal without any power adders. The 243's would be free! All I have to do is put in a stall for my friend. They have 40k on them. I would get new springs and get them ported.

Make sure you have a rear end and a tranny that will support the power and leave the line with a good 60ft...Get a good suspension setup that will plant your rear and keep it from unloading too soon...That will be a big help and knock off alot of time..
