Spring confusion?
My new cam has a .610 lift max. It was recommended that I use extreme 926's...guess what not available. Then Someone suggested patriot extremes... not available. My mechanic then suggested PAC's, they seemed fine but then there's this recent recall. I searched for info on PRC's and there isn't much info out there.
I just want some dang springs. My patriot duals did very well for 30000 miles with a more aggressive cam and .600 lift. Guess what....not available.

I'm assuming texas speed would sale junk and market it as a great spring so I'm considering the the .675 lift pnc from texas speed but couldn't fid any comp arison specs like the I think ft lbs. Is it 375, 400 or what?
The Pac 1518s only had recalls on the Mopar applications, not the GM ones. If you want to get some, check out this website. They're on sale for $190 right now which is really nice.

I just picked up a set of Manley NexTek springs good up to .650 lift too so we'll see how those work out.

Be careful you use the right springs! as when i changed to a smaller cam from a 231/237 i kept using the Patriot Golds....my engine would not rev past 6200rpm, i fitted a new set of the same & still no change. 2 yrs later after a timing chain failure i fitted PAC 1518s & i now have red line set at 6700rpm. Maybe it was the weight or because of being duals!!!!
