I have the stock 317 heads on my LQ9 and want to find a set of 243s to put on my combo but dont want to change the heads if I am going to have PTV issues with the 243's , if so I will just keep the 317's for now. Has anybody done a LQ9 with 243s and this TSP cam and have you had any clearance issues with it? The combo isnt in the car yet.

If the 243's are stock you will have no issues at all. You don't lose clearance by going to the 243's they just have a smaller chamber to start with. I think that is a good way to go for a motor that needs some extra compression.
