can i change the cam without pulling the heads? if so how do i an wat do i have to do

Yes you can, pull the front timing cover, valve covers, rockers and pushrods. Get 2 5/16" towels. Spin the cam several times and slide the dowels into the holes in the front of the block that run through the sides of the lifter bore holes (front to back) this will keep you from dropping the lifters into the cam bore... slide old cam out and slide new cam in.
