One more... What's the expected lifetime of stock rockers. I got 60xxx on clock and I don't want to do this again anytime soon. Thanks!

Are you asking about valves or rockers? If rockers, I can post the GM procedure.

ya I have that already, how do I know which one is exhaust and intake? Or does it go intake, exhaust. Intake, exhaust. Intake, exhaust. Intake exhaust. Does that make sense?

If you are asking which is which while looking at the heads, the exhaust valve will line up with the exhaust manifold. The heads are identical, and from memory front to back in driver's side it is IEIEIEIE and the passenger side is the opposite from to back, EIEIEIEI. Easies way is to line up the valve with the exhaust though.
