Try the search, there is thousands of threads about this for you to form your own opinion on catch can, modifying PCV or using breather filters on the valve covers.

I just ripped all my stuff out and put valve cover breathers on...but that's me...

 

I'll try to post-up the PCV Mode that I have used since 1999. It puts two 90 deg turns, plus a filter in the line to keep the oily vapors from reachin the intake.
