Default need help! think i blew a hole in piston....

so i just installed my N2o kit its a N.O.S plate and solenoids well i hit for the for time and every thing when great had a A.F.R of 13.0 13.1 (on a AEM UGOE wideband) really did move well when i hit it again a it went fine than shifted and had a bad miss so i stop and now the car has a miss all the time...the A.R.F is at 14-15.5 under normal driving but with a bad miss and im blowing smoke out the tail pipes...so i open the hood and found oil on the underside and along the intake but found the pcv tube was off the pcv valve...i i think i bunt a hole in my piston causing the smoke and the miss but im not to sure but i would like advice about if it is a shot piston do they make replacement stronger pistons for the stock bore? or should i build this bore this block? or look in to say L92 or something like that?
Oh the car it self is a 01 ws6 with a t56 i have it tuned with hp turner and the basic bolt on minus HEADS/CAM
so if you have and more info need ask...and thanks in advance to all who reply
Thanks Mike...

Did u change or retard ur timing? People run nitrous with stock pistons all the time. Buy a used piston and put it in the number 7 hole most likely to break. Check ur compression with compression guage start with #7 and I forget the one. Idk if 13.0 afr is safe on nitrous?

I think if u want to go big on the shot yes go for pistons and rods. But if u just buy pistons ur gonna have to balance the rotatiing asembly and might as well do a rebuild. That's all gonn cost bucks. People run nitrous on stock pistons they're not the best but hold up with the right tune. Did u read the nitous forum on here maybe u should post this there too. Problably more answers on there..

what size of shot did you spray, like 125 or 150hp, most likely #7, seen same thing hapen, dip stick come out of tube and spayed oil every were, burnt #7 and scored the cylinder.

yea did u check it? If u don't have a compression guage use ur finger compared to the other cylinder if possible. R u driving it? I wouldn't drive it u could do more damage. I had a small miss before on my ls1 it was a broken rocker pedastal. I broke a piston on my supercharged 5.4 and it had bad blow by and smoked. Its prolly not what u want to hear. But if ur lucky u can just put a used piston in there cuz its already balanced to ur motor. If u want to swap pistons ur gonna have to balance everything pistons rods crank and its gonna be expensive.. here's a bump hopefully more people will give advice

You should know easily if you lost a piston just from blow-by

OK guys...did alil diagnose the car to day... so first i check for spark and i i had spark all cyl....so i started pulling plugs 1.2.4.6.8 were looking good and 3.5.7 here black and oily as hell...started to do compression tests 1.2.4.6.7.8 were all between 195-210 psi...(7 really surpized me...i woulda swore that it was a bad one confused so that leaves 3 and 5 both of them where below 60psi ....i didnt do a leak down test cuz the heads are coming off now to assess the damage ....so thats what i got as of now it you guys want ill keep this updated along the way so let me know and if you have questions/commets/suggestions/thoughts/ post it up! could use all the input there is

Were you monitoring knock at all while spraying? I have a feeling that your 13.0+ AFR at WOT on the juice is what did it. That's on the lean side for a N/A engine, so for a big shot it's dangerously lean.

My bet is a few melted pistons.

I've seen this on a friend's car (not LSX) where he was spraying but was monitoring the wrong knock retard in the tune and he was knocking like hell all along. Blew a huge chunk out of a piston.
